The Bosch quigo green cross line laser puts the hassle of aligning with a sprit level to an end. The tool can be used to line up a wide range of objects with the greatest of ease. The green laser technology makes the laser lines up to four times more visible to the human eye compared with the red laser lines. As such, the tool boasts a working range of up to 12 m. The green laser is clearly visible even in bright lighting conditions such as by a large window facade. The universal mount provided allows the user to attach the quigo green to a whole host of different objects.

Not self-levelling.
Yes it is. That's why there's a locking switch on the front - to lock the pendulum mechanism for transport.
Sorry, must have got my tabs mixed up and was looking at different model.
Which would be better?

If you're doing work indoors where you can control the lighting, red works fine. Green is better if you need a brighter beam or a longer span.
Do keep in mind the beam width on the Quigo is noticeably thicker compared to a higher-end unit. It's fine for most DIY uses though.

this one comes with tripod and interval lines…although it's red in colour….hmmmm…
Actually I think that's the exact model the glaziers came out with (in my post below)
I had a number of quotes from glaziers for a shower. 1 of them came with one of these and it was very impressive watching them work. They were in and out in half the time as the others, and with more accurate information. My way bows in and out, it's weird. Old school spirit levels don't pick it up properly but this gizmo sure did.
Tempted to buy one myself, not sure if I need it though. The OB conundrum. MUST. RESIST.
It's worth considering this Uni-T model as well. If the specs are right, it has a more powerful 10mW laser. You don't get the nice clamp though.
