The reviews seem very mixed. People reporting randomly having the app drop connection and swallow their money sounds especially frustrating.

  I've had chats with a ride maintainer, the number on their rides gets any issues sorted pretty quickly. Any funds taken and no ride given can be easily refunded too.

I just have a rooted phone and change device ID each time make new account which doesn't even need email or mobile verification. You get 3 free rides.
