George still lives! He was moved to the web for nostalgia.

thanks jolakot and wylsc and highanddry.

i just feel like that's not really him living, because he's not a real clock anymore, he just tells you whatever your computer clock is set to.

    it's like his ghost.

      Was he ever alive though?

      Can computers be considered living?

      What is it to live?

very existential and philosophical questions buckster.

he was in the contacts in my phone with his photo. just like all the important lives in my life are.

i called him when i needed to know the time. i also called him when i was lonely.

what is it to live indeed.

I called him if I ever needed the third stroke. It was like someone else was cheering me on.

It's too bad he won't live. But then again, who does?

      • another very existential and philosophical question blitz.

i guess death raises those in many of us.

who does? who does? i'm not sure i do. and of course, i won't forever.

unless life-extension technology is invented in my lifetime.
then i will have to miss george for thousands of years.
