There is very little, if any, benefit from consuming medicinal grade honey. Rub it on infected wounds if you want to use it properly. If you want to eat honey try different varieties to find the ones you like the taste of, tastiness is what eating honey is about.
I read somewhere that eating honey that is made locally is of more benefit in relation to minimising the effects of hay fever etc.
Then why buy this expensive honey when there is very little to no benefit?
I think antibiotics would be better than rubbing honey on infections.
