        The codes refers to a free shipping offer on 2 cases, so yes (can refer to shipping for 1 case in description). Or remove code and advertise 1 case + shipping and mention 2 cases free shipping in description.

      Yep Slowway, I'm sure there doing the right thing though, and storing my beer in cool temp controlled corner of their warehouse in these 40 deg days for the last week or so. Well, I would be sure if they actually knew where it was….

        Won't matter because you'll never get it. :) Worst. Courier. Ever. Pointless tracking, slower than post. I consciously avoid retailers who I know use them (Craft Cartel, take note!).

            Had multiple occasions where they have not delivered, lied about it, then retrospectively attempted to fake signatures. Luckily had CCTV footage to disprove their claims. Still took weeks and way too many phone calls and emails to sort out. They finally admitted they were in the wrong after threats to submit CCTV footage to Police, but this markedly delayed getting replacement items delivered by seller via another trustworthy courier to several weeks after the original order.

            Ordered this craft beer deal last week. Have tried to get redelivery twice now and they have not turned up, no card in the mailbox and claims they have attempted delivery. I don't know how they continue to get away with this level of fraud.

            Please do not use them Craft Cartel - even if they are cheaper, in the long run the inconvenience to your customers will reduce the amount ordered from you if you continue with FraudWay. No seller uses this mob as part of a long-term business plan if they want repeat custom.

              @opposablethumbs: I have gone to their online "arrange redelivery" portal twice now, booked Tuesday and today.

              My partner was at home both days and nothing. No delivery, no updates, no communication.

              Despite multiple efforts, I simply can't get this order delivered by FraudWay.

              Looks like an expensive, protracted exercise in Craft Cartel not being able to deliver me a product I paid for weeks ago due to a terrible courier. So they've likely paid the cost of a courier to just issue a refund.

              I've bought a fair bit off you guys in the last 18 months, but please switch from FraudWay or you've lost my business, as getting a simple delivery from them is just not worth the hassle.

      They text me today says unable to deliver to my Parcel Locker, if I don't go and pick it up in 5 days, it'll be sent back to sender.
      What a load of crap!
      They've gotten much worse, it won't survive for long - FastNoWay!
