  With the megaboom, has anyone replaced a battery on them? Wanted to see if that's a case with my old Megaboom, as it only works when plugged in.

  I hate this product. There's a remote start option which cannot be disabled that drains the battery without use. Finding myself having to actively charge it prior to wanting to use it (ie. party, picnic) as more often than not it's dead already.

  EDIT: Apparently a hard reset (Volume Down + Power) resolves this issue as Remote Power is disabled upon restarting. That or installing a certain version of the app onto a friend's Android phone to disable the option as it was previously a toggle option. Both worth a try

  Thanks OP. Just got one from OW by priced-match. It’s down to $151. I was waiting for this since the previous bargain from TobyDeals, which OW rejected to price match even though I brought an OW docket shows price-matched price.
