$1 a meter? Nope.
If it isn't around 50c per metre at 26cmm width it's too expensive. Often the bags are cheaper. I bought 200 x 35cm long by 25cm wide bags for ~$35 during 20% ebay promo which meant I got 70m.
Even at current price these bags are 61c a metre.
