Works fine for me too. Using a work computer so no proper ad blocker, so likely that.
Not using any ad blocker on Chrome (in fact there are no extensions at all added to Chrome - I use this for giveaways as it auto fills in my details - I know, I'm a bit lazy).
I do have a VPN but it is not logged into nor is it on (checked on task manager, made sure nothing else on except Chrome and Windows processes), just tried again and nothing.
Oh well, here is another of those weird glitches, I'll just have to miss out on this one.

Having trouble finding the giveaway.
I have clicked Enter Competition and nothing there and even went to terms and conditions and still unable to find any prompts to the questionnaire.
Not sure what is going on - could someone give me a hint please?? :-)
