What are the promotion dates?

The promotion commences at Midnight AWST on 13/12/2024 and concludes for Daily Prize purchases at 11:59:59PM AWST on 23/12/2024. Final entries into the Major Prize Draw conclude at 11:59:59AM AWST on 24/12/2024.

How often can I enter?

Each transaction you make at Retravision is an eligible entry for the draw, simply submit your entry online for each eligible Docket Number. Alternatively, you can enter once for each unique email address you subscribe to our database with! If you aren’t chosen as one of our lucky Daily Winners, no problem - you’ll stay in the draw for the remainder of the competition and for our $10,000 Major Prize on the 24th December.

Where can I enter?

Enter in-store OR online by:

• Purchasing at any Retravision store and manually entering
• Purchasing online and manually entering
• Completing the database subscription form on our website during the competition period
• Completing the database subscription form in-store during the competition period

What do I need to do to be eligible to enter?

Simply make a purchase from a participating Retravision store in Australia or Retravision online during the promotion period & manually enter. Purchases end 11:59:59AM AWST on 24/12/2024. Alternatively sign up to our database either in-store or online during the promotion period. If you’re already an existing subscriber, you can simply fill out the form to enter the draw.

An entry via purchase (valued at $50.00 or higher) will see you receive five (5) entries into the Daily Draw & Major Draw. If you purchase (valued at less than $50.00) will see you receive two (2) entries into the Daily Draw & Major Draw. If you enter by subscribing to our database you will receive one (1) entry into the Daily Draw & Major Draw.

When are the winners drawn?

Each Daily Draw will be conducted at 09:00AM AWST on the next business day after entries close for that particular Daily Draw. The Major Draw will take place on 24/12/2024 at 1:00PM AWST.

If I win, how will I be notified?

If you are one of our 12 successful daily winners you will be contacted via the information provided on your entry form. If I win, how will I receive my prize?

Your prize will be available for collection from your local Retravision store during an agreed upon time. This will be determined with you after you have been notified of your prize. Your local Retravision store will contact you when your prize is ready for collection. If you entered via an Eligible Purchase you will need to show your Tax Invoice (Printed or Electronic), along with a valid photo ID (like your passport, driver’s license, adult proof of age card or Keypass identity card) in order to collect your prize. If your entry was via the Database Subscription method you will need to provide proof of access to the email account you entered with along with a valid photo ID (like your passport, driver’s license, adult proof of age card or Keypass identity card) in order to collect your prize.

Is this competition open Australia wide?

Entry is only open to residents of Australia.

    Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) Initial Entry permitted per Eligible Transaction/receipt (regardless of the number of goods purchased in excess of one (1) in that transaction); (b) only one (1) Initial Entry permitted per Eligible Subscription; (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions. For the avoidance of doubt, once an entrant is drawn as a winner in any Minor Draw (defined below), the receipt number/Eligible Transaction/Eligible Subscription specified on their winning entry will no longer be able to be used for any other Minor Draw entries (i.e. that entry will not rollover into any subsequent Minor Draws), and the entrant will need to make another Eligible Transaction / submit another Eligible Subscription if they wish to enter another Minor Draw. However, the entries will still roll over into the Major Draw (defined below). Any receipt number/Eligible Transaction/Eligible Subscription can only be used to enter by one individual (and cannot be used by any other person); (c) a valid subscription is limited to one subscription per person.

      The way I would interpret that is that if you made a new purchase every day, then you could do daily entries. Otherwise it is just the one time entry for the subscription or an individual purchase, which keeps rolling over to subsequent draws so no need to come back and re-enter.

  Even though this comp says "Entry is only open to residents of Australia" they only have 21 stores in WA, 1 in SA and 1 in NT.
  The entry form requires you to select your local store when filling out.

  The T & C's say the winner must "pick up their prize from their local store" so anyone entering outside these states, or does not live close to one of the applicable stores, probably won't be able to collect. See below point 4.

  Given most prizes are very large and heavy, the postage cost to other states would probably be huge and you would have to organise yourself.

  Unless I am missing something, it seems this comp is not good for those from any other states.

  4. Prize collection details will be agreed with the winners after they have been notified of their prize. Each prize will be available for collection by the winner from the prize provider (i.e. the winner’s local Retravision store) during the times agreed between the winner and the Promoter. In the event that a time cannot be agreed, the Promoter will determine the exact time frame for the collection. The Retravision store will contact the winner when their prize is ready for collection. Exact times of collection are subject to reasonable availability.

    Thanks for pointing that out. Have always been surrounded by Retravision stores, so surprised when looking at google maps, all of the stores are closed down permanently. I'd think you should be able to organise delivery with them if you are in one of the delivery areas. They say its open Australia wide.

    In this case please select "I am an online shopper" on the entry form, for the majority of the prizes delivery to Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney would not be a problem however in the case of someone in Cairns winning an 85" TV we would not have a method to supply the product to that area as it is outside of our delivery network for larger appliances. - Malcolm
