              @superforever: but like anything more you pay better it gets, think at $999 the 8100 is a very good price usually the um7600 base model is around that price, but then it is tempting to spend the extra few hundred for the next model up

  Take a further 15% off the $999 price using Shopback. So that's $849.15 delivered (not sure if you need to be an amazon prime customer for free delivery or not?).

  Also worth noting this tv is only 50hz.

      Right, that's a shame.

      But there is a 3.5% shopback refund on electronics which I assume includes tv's.
