- Mackie MR824 (Pair) $560.15 Delivered
- Mackie MR624 (Pair) $466.65 Delivered
Cheaper than their “Click Frenzy” Sale prices.
(MR824 Pair was $598 Delivered / MR624 Pair was $498 Delivered.
MR524 @ $441.15 Delivered = “*Click Frenzy” was $438 Delivered )
Pretty sure this is the cheapest they have ever been.
Warning: The MR824 are big, with each monitor being 10-inches wide, and standing almost 16-inches tall.
Notes: These are designed for near-field listening, and therefore listening at a distance of over ~1.5-2m will affect its frequency-response.
Also Mackie using Class-A/B amplification has its benefits, but down-sides are they run-hot & if you use these monitors at high-volume (gain) for long-periods you may reduce the life-span of the amplifier & possibly experience issues with the internals.

So few up-votes. I think this is a very good deal.
Most places are still selling a single MR824 for $400+ and a pair for $800+.
The MR824’s @ $560 are too expensive to be a ‘insta-buy’
but they are definitely scratching an itch, and I rarely get scratched on Ozbargain.
