I actually lost around 3 kg over the month.
Change the fries to a garden salad & the drink to no sugar, and remove the buns, and the meals are perfectly healthy. Certainly a lot less fattening than, say, an Asian meal with a huge serving of fried rice.
$5 Doiuble beef and bacon deals kinda trumping this
Less carb buns, one less cheese but more bacon for $1 more
