They also have 50% off lens extras. They're still very expensive though compared to some online places.
After getting an eye test you have 3 choices:
1. Buy in that store (expensive, best service, able to check for fit and style).Buy online from Australian site so you may be able to claim from your health fund (can't check fit, possibly not so good vision wise).
Buy online from non Australian site (cheap, but not able to cvlim from health fund. More difficult for returning).
I think it's where they want to do a storewide, but certain companies don't allow discounting (not sure why the ACCC don't step on that though). However I get that it isn't then 'storewide'. Why can't they just say 20% off?
Gotta watch this lot (and presumably most other glasses sellers that also do eye tests) if you do an eye test (which Medicare pay for). They will most likely not give you the full prescription, so you can't shop online for glasses. Even just to comparison shop so you know how their in store glasses compare.
The eye test in no way obligates you to buy glasses there. You might want to do some research online about what info should be in a prescription so you can get a full copy. Ask them to put it on their computer screen then take a photo of it.
It's always the PD they leave out. Just take note of it when they bring up your prescription on screen
Hahahaha this is just their regular discount they have every few months. Weak for a Black Friday deal
Comapnies gotta stop using "storewide" and "excludes" in the same advertisement.
Services? Fair enough. But products? Come on….
