** 2TB on back order. ETA 02/12/19 **
As per Twix's post, PC Case Gear is having a Black Friday sale of their own. Seems like a decent deal for those who missed the Computer Alliance one, if delivery doesn't kill it for anyone. I've got a 512GB one myself; super fast and hasn't missed a beat. They do run warm and can throttle, so would recommend a M.2 heatsink as the supplied one is insufficient. 5 year warranty and slightly better endurance than the equivalent Samsung 970 Evos (1280TBW vs Samsung's 1200TBW).
Tech Specs
- Rapid PCIe Gen3x4 Interface : read/write up to 3500/3000MB/s
- NVMe 1.3-Support
- New Generation 3D NAND Flash : Higher capacity, durability, and power efficiency
- M.2 2280 Form Factor : supports desktops and notebooks with the latest Intel and AMD platform
Capacity | ATTO Seq.Read/Write (MB/sec) | CDM (QD32) Seq.Read/Write (MB/sec) | AS SSD Seq.Read/Write (MB/sec) | 4K Random IOPS Read/Write | Endurance |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1TB | 3350/2800 | 3500/3000 | 3000/2500 | 390K/380K | 640 TBW |
2TB | 3350/2900 | 3500/3000 | 2950/2600 | 360K/360K | 1280 TBW |
That is a heck of a deal on the 2tb model!
The 1tb is a good price, but I'd recommend the Silicon Power 1tb NVMe for $177 + free shipping on Amazon instead.
