          Bought a Switch from the gamesmen last year with a bad joycon and when I contacted them about it they said to contact Nintendo directly since that’s what they’d do anyways. Won’t buy from them again.

            @Blitz001: I don't get this process of the retailer telling the customer to contact the supplier themselves. Was at supercheap auto trying to return a waterproof phone case that leaked and damaged my phone. The store manager told me to get call the manufacture. It's like if there some an issue with your car you have to go back to where its made, not where you bought it

            If you responded by showing them this part of the ACL they would change their tune:
            "The retailer can’t refuse to help you by sending you to the manufacturer or importer."
