I received an offer of spend $20 to get 1000 points with the code:

The CLICK1000 is for Liquorland.
Presumably no cashback? Couldn't see the code on Shopback (3%) or Cashrewards (7%)
In my experience cashback has always tracked and approved even when using discount code (team member and any flybuys or $/% off shop offers).
Both say no in T&Cs. Which cash back provider were you referring to? Nothing lost by trying.
On Cashrewards. Never had a cashback fail when using codes.
