I've had over 30 packages refunded because Fastway don't deliver to my house, made so many complaints to both Amazon and Fastway but nothing ever changes. The driver answered my phone, yelled at me and hanged up lol. Fastway said I shouldn't be lazy and that I should check the tracking to find out when I can pick up my package.

I can't speak to this bag specifically, but I've been buying Naturehike from Ali for years, and they have always been excellent quality. Buying the equivalent product with a "western" label would cost 3x the price for the same quality.
I hope Naturehike extends its' Amazon offerings to the full naturehike catalogue of products.
