Santa is visiting your local store from 11am - 2pm every Saturday and Sunday from 23rd November until the 22nd December. Appearance times may vary between stores, see in store for details.

They have quite reasonably priced Santa photo packs as well… (beats the $50 at my local shopping centre).

    Last year I had to wait 1 hour for the photo to be printed…. 😳 so make sure you go to a store convenient to you so you can do some other shopping or come back another day for pick up

      I went yesterday at Castle Hill, and it only took 5 minutes for the prints

      We asked for the 1 free photo, and were pleasantly surprised when we were also given a second in a gift pack and some then toys for the kids!

      I highly recommend going!

    Been doing this for a good 8 years. $15 for a decent pack of photos. Beats the shopping centre RIP off.

    so santa will arrive between 11-2pm so what time do you need to go?
    what happens if i arrive there at 11 and i have to wait till bloody 1? lol

      Go in Nov or early December… The wait times are minimal. If you go 1 or 2 weeks prior to Christmas, you will have to wait upwards of an hour… With rowdy kids!

      He's there between 11 and 2. Does take a break at some point. But we have always rocked up 10:45. Short wait and done. As someone else said dont leave it to last weekend before xmas. Lines get longer. Though I've never waited more than 30 mins.

    I never had to wait more than 30 min either although I got super rude service where they let someone push in front of me last year so I wrote and complained… and got given a Xmas pack and 300 photo prints for free t use whenever I want

    We did this last year and paid the extra (think it was something like $8?) for a digital copy on a USB stick.

    Much better value than the shopping centres, BUT it was some skinny HN employee in the worst cobbled together Santa beard we've ever seen. Home brand Santa!

    Took my kids yesterday no line up whatsoever, $1 for extra prints. Beats the $30 photo I paid for last year at Westfield!

    95% of phone calls to HN stores these weekends are "What time's Santa there?" even though it's plastered everywhere. So annoying. Year before last, some scum stole Santa's wallet from his bag which was stashed under a table, waited for them to be distracted with the photo with kids. Police got 'em not long after though. Even made the local rag. Probably helped that Santa is actually a local rag employee when not Santa, LOL.

    I just have lucked out and got a legit chubby old Santa! Also they teansferred the photo to my USB no extra charge
