    I have done some research and as far as I can tell, Mobiciti import non A-Tick approved stock from overseas which essentially means, you will have no Australian manufactures warranty with your handset. Looks like they use a third party repair agent and they might honour the warranty themselves but I would much rather have the peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, my phone will be fixed in Australia by the manufacturer.

    Stick to websites and retailers who are selling genuine Australian A-Tick stock. Just sayin!!

      If they are not Aus stock so what is the difference to get it from eBay which is cheaper.

        Warranty is handled by a local 3rd party Australian warranty company, http://www.aussiewarranty.com.au/. I guess it saves the hassle of shipping it back to US or HK.

      If you ever have a problem deal with Debbie Mott, she works for them and dealt with my claim, after my phone was returned still not working.

      She called me and fixed it within 2 days!
