they are dreaming. aldi sells pole pruner + trimmer skin for $99
Both are unicorns for me. I need one, can't find one (in SA). Ozito or Aldi. If anyone sees them, please let me know. Cheers.
P.S. - Aldi version has no battery with it..
check out kogan, i bought own of these with a 3 meter extension, chainsaw, hedging for under a $100 delivered, if they are selling them for 159 or something just add it to your wish list and keep checking back until it's on sale

Is the battery compatible with any other make/ brand? (looks like it only comes with a 20v/1500 battery).
Can someone please explain what they mean by skin? I was looking at hand vacs today, one from Ozito and the other from Ryobi, and both were listed as "Skin" - no idea what this means though!
It means that no battery is included, just the tool. “Kit” usually implies a battery and charger are in the box too.

There doesn't seem to be a pole pruner kit at all on website (just this pruner/trimmer combo) so I guess end of line product and hopefully nation wide???

Sorry had a couple of photos and none had the item number. But in the Ozito site the item number is PXCPPK-218. Hope it helps.

Available in VIC, picked one up from Altona Bunnings - about ~10 left. The pruner on its own was about $149, and this kit is $89 with the battery/charger!

FYI all. I noticed that my local bunnings has this pole saw accessory for $79. Not marked on special, but it certainly a lot cheaper than RRP. Possibly pricing error.

I believe it also fits Ryobi, AEG trimmers so maybe a good option for those that have a trimmer already.
Annoying thing is that it's not super long, so you may need an additional extension pole which is $80+ alone :(
Does anyone know how this compares to the Ryobi brand who has a similar model which I think is about $220.
Just bought one from Blacktown. Still about 8 or 9 available. They're out on the floor, not in the aisle (where the skin only is still for sale for $154).
