Recommended upgrades are the 240GB or 480GB SSDs, and 16GB RAM to make it pop and zing. The B350MB upgrade is required for the 16GB 3200MHz RAM upgrade as the A320 supports 2666MHz max speed.

Other deals running for various CPU/GPU combos are over on on our account page.

  • Price is 800+ not 549. Is the deal done then?

  • For anyone looking back at this, I received this today and it came with a note that in order to fulfill the pre-xmas shipments they had to use MSI RX580's instead of the BIOSTAR model, what this also meant is that they needed to upgrade the case to a larger model to accommodate it. The newer case also comes with better cooling and airflow. All for free to the customer.

This is the first time I have ordered with these guys and I have to say I am so impressed. I also messaged Luke a week back to ask about ETA's and he responded quickly and provided all the info I needed and it was sent on the day he said it would be.

There is no way they could be making any money on this model at this price (just the CPU and GPU alone at MSY prices is more expensive), but to go the extra mile too gets a big tick in my books.

    Great work guys.

    • Not sure if anyone has a similar experience to me at all, but I have been given the same setup as rmh, while getting a random black screen problem, which the computer could be either idling or under use, and from time to time the GPU output would get cut off and returning within a few seconds. Tried quite a few different versions of the driver and settings and yet nothing fixed the problem. Anyone else has this issue?

      • +1

Funny enough I was getting this too while playing TABS. I loaded up afterburner to see if it was the gpu shutting down due to overly high temps. Since I have done that and have temp monitoring running on screen it has n’t done it once. So not sure if afterburner is using its gpu fan curves to cool it better or what.. but it certainly did fix it.

        • For me the situation is totally random, it can happen either at low (30ish) or high (50ish) temperatures. Sometimes it can happen soon after computer is turned on and idling, so temperature and/or level of use is not directly associated to my problem unfortunately. If anything it has simply been completely random..

          • @shinderoo: I did have it happen also while idling, just once though.

Have you added any additional devices which may be overloading the power supply perhaps?

May be unrelated but I also activated Windows about the same time I installed afterburner.

            • @rmh: I made a clean install of Windows and activated it, did not make any changes to the computer and it basically started having this issue since day 1. So it has been two weeks and I have yet to find a real solution yet..

              • @shinderoo: My system was also upgraded to an MSI video card. It was working well until today when after playing The Witcher 1 for about an hour. The system crashed and after a hard reset (unplug), it won't boot anymore, no fans, no LEDs. I guess the power supply is broken. :( The USB ports have power though as it can charge my phone when power supply is plugged in.

Still waiting for TechFast reply on what to do next.

It's either I'm unlucky or their PSUs are not reliable.

                • @phy127: I have been emailing them for a while, the problem never resolved by itself and currently I have mailed the system back for diagnostics. So yeah if things are not going well I would recommend getting in touch with them and sending it back for diagnostics. It seems like your problem is more serious than mine though..

I shall keep you guys updated on the outcomes of their diagnostics then, which would take quite a while given how busy they are.

                  • @shinderoo: They've sent a PSU replacement and that solved the problem! No need to send the whole system back for diagnostics.
