I found this good deal on citybeach but it doesn't seem to have enough information on this product, e.g. It doesn't say how big the screen is and it doesn't say whether it has LCD or LED screen or whether it has a touch screen or not, and no information on its IP rating. I feel Xiaomi mi band 4 might be a better deal due to amoled touch screen and 50ATM waterproof. It doesn't say whether it's compatible with iOS or not either, lol.
As you said, mi band 4 is a better bet for less.
