Is there a "use by" date on these? Wondering if I can really stock up on them.
Anyone else who got the CloudFlare errors and later re-ordered end up with two orders? I got the CloudFlare error when trying to make the payment so waited a couple of hours and tried again - this time only 'click and collect' was available so I did that. I just received a shipping notice from Australia Post for the failed order.
I contacted PetStock who advise I don't have two orders despite showing a screenshot from my credit card which shows two separate transactions (with different authorisation numbers). I can't give them the order confirmation for the first order as it only came up with a CloudFlare error and nothing was received via email. I don't need both orders as it was a $260 order (so x2 is $520). I have not picked up the pick and collect order and told them since the shipped order cannot be stopped I will accept that one if they can cancel the click and collect order.
I find their customer service very rude and not very willing to sort this out.
For it sorted. They’ve agreed there are in fact two orders and they will cancel one and provide a refund.
Man they are quick! Received my order this morning !
