How long will it take to receive my store credit?
All Store Credits will be sent out to eligible participants nominated email address within three (3) business days on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday unless a public holiday. On public holiday’s credits will be send on the next Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
Can I use my store credit immediately on my next purchase?
No, store credits are issued within 3 business days of you collecting your order for your nominated store. You will be able to use your store credit after you receive it via email.
If I make separate purchases will I receive multiple store credits?
No, only one credit per person. If multiple purchases are made, only the first purchase will qualify for the Store Credit.
How do I receive my store credit?
An email will be sent to the purchaser’s nominated email address with a store credit voucher number. Vouchers can be used on www.thegoodguys.com.au or at any local The Good Guys Store.
How long do I have to use my store credit?
The store credit will expire within 14 days of store credit email dispatch.
