A bit boomy in the bass..so to speak. That seems to be the consensus. I can't live with that, I need my bass to be tight…figuratively speaking. What kind of society is this - where I feel the need to clarify every remark!!

    Agreed. Only one other deal on the Black R1700bt in the past.
    Some who missed out may be happy with either colour though, so just an option.
