Neh! If combined price of item plus post on ANY item is way cheaper than anywhere else it's a bargain in anyone's language.
That is a fair rule - except those cables are cheaper on Aliexpress. $15 is an inflated price so buy 1 get 4 makes some kind of sense. The deal makes no sense if you're paying shipping (assuming you don't have eBay plus).
I'm assuming that some seller exploit eBay Plus by getting eBay to cover the $14.95 Delivery Cost.

FYI - I mixed 2x1m and 2x2m cables in the cart and it applied the discounts to everything so got it all for ~$15.

They are not sending any free ones.
I got my order yesterday, was Type C cables.
They sent me 4x USB-C cables, then making me send them back for a refund…
Doesn't mention its certified. And since last the 'security update' for iPhone came out less than a month ago, I'd be wary of cheap lightning cables…. especially ones only purchasable in large quantities like this.
