  If you do Xbox pc pass you can get it for $1. You don’t own it. But you can finish it in the first 30days.

      I've managed the $1 deal two months in a row with the same account. Signed up the first time through the website, and second time through the "Xbox (Beta)" app.
      Not sure how to replicate it but certainly possible :)

      Edit: Cancelled and re-signed to get it twice* (It was unintentional, but when i noticed they weren't going to charge me full price yet i was pleasantly surprised.

        Best thing todo is load up 3 years of xbox live gold (max you can stack) then get the $1 upgrade deal. The Game pass trial honours remaining xbox live gold. It's what I did and worked perfectly.

    No, if the game is on multiple 'launchers' and as well as steam it's always the most expensive on steam.
