$5 off Any eBay Plus Item (Min Spend $50 & except Excluded Items) @ eBay Australia

810

Just saw this appear when I was looking at some eBay Plus items. Coupon code is unique, assuming it will be available to all eBay Plus members… but check your eBay Summary page and also your emails.

Worth also checking some eBay Plus items you are watching (especially cheapies) to see if this appears. :)

Trying to find the T&C's but main ones are below.

Conditions
The offer entitles you to $5 off the purchase price (excluding postage costs) on all eBay Plus items listed on www.ebay.com.au, except the Excluded Items, when you spend $50 or more in one transaction during the Offer Period. A maximum of one transaction applies. Multiple items may be purchased in one transaction (up to a maximum of 10 items per transaction). All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD).

“Excluded" Items means;
All items listed in the following categories: Cars, Bikes, Boats (9800), Coins (11116), Gift Cards (184609), Other Lots More Items (88433), Real Estate (10542), Services (316), Tickets, Travel (11730); and
all items sold by the following Sellers:
* Bunnings
* Coles
* Fantastic Furniture
* Lenovo
* Officeworks
* Ozplaza
* Target

  • I got it too. Thanks OP

  • Got it too, cheers OP, prompted me to check! :)

  • Also got it! Didn't see it anywhere on the app at all so I would've missed it if not for this.

  • Please include minimum spend in title

    • Minimum spend is in the title

  • Thanks!

  • no bueno

  • Thanks OP.
    Just wondering whether you can use additional ebay 20% code with the $5 off code too?

    • Unfortunately not, can't stack promo codes with eBay

  • Cool, wouldn't have noticed this without your post thanks OP

  • Booooo.

  • got it, cheers.

    Thanks for the post.

    Interestingly, the $50 minimum spend doesn't have to be all eBay Plus items. I just tried a mix of non eBay Plus + eBay Plus items and the code was automatically listed under Gift cards, vouchers, coupons in the Checkout and it applied successfully.

    • What's the cheapest ebay plus item, to use this with a non-plus item?

      • Has to be $5 or more.

  • Any solid deals/anything not usually discounted?

    Lol. OzBargain is so fickle.

    10% off eligible items? NEG. BOO. We hate eBay!
    $5 off min $50 spend except excluded items and targeted? NICE. Can't see anything wrong with this offer!

    • sad but true

      wanna swap username prefixes though?

    • I agree mostly but I guess the difference between the offers for all the other percentage offers are usually "eligible items" only… And more often then not the items you want are ineligible.

      Where as on this hand there are heaps of items on my watch list around the min spend where I can get "10% off". I would use this code for any more than the min spend to get the max discount.

    • I found this post useful because I wouldn't have seen the code otherwise, unlike the % offs that the app shows readily (the entire issue of the eligible item hunt aside). I can use this on something that will never be covered by those other codes.

  • When browsing for a Bluetooth dongle, I received a $5 off anything voucher so used it on one that cost $7.49. I don't have eBay plus and hadn't bought anything from eBay for over a year.

  • Damn .. only got a congratulatory email saying I was selected to answer an ebay Survey!

  • Thanks for this. Lucky I saw this and digged up my deleted email for the code.

    Seems like this is a monthly thing, just got an email saying eBay plus members get $60 worth of vouchers yearly (12x $5 coupons with $50 min spend).
