Merging Woolworths Rewards Cards

Has anyone been able to successfully merge two Woolworths Rewards cards, in the same name, together?

Did you write to them or call them? I already called but the lady wasn't sure of herself, so just wanted to check if anyone has been successfuly.

Why would you want to do that? I have 3 different cards under 3 different people in our household to "maximise" on the X000 points for $X spend offers.

The reason to merge is I have 1500 on one card and 1600 on another card.

I want to claim the credits/money.

Just wait until they're at 2,000 each and get the credit then?

      • Gain couple hundred more points on both and you can redeem them both.

You need 2000 points to get any credit.

So I need to buy $500 on one card; and $400 on the other - $900 total. That's more than a "couple of hundred more points".

I prefer to just merge them.

Has anyone ever successfully merged Woolworths Rewards cards together???

          • @YouWinAgain: Not necessarily of you shop/watch the extra point offers. Else be patient - either way you need 900 more points to gain max benefit. The only thing you will achieve if they merge is get $10 sooner.

Yep, that's exactly what I want.

@YouWinAgain: hmmm…ask if you can transfer points to family. Then transfer back to your "other" account

          • @YouWinAgain: Best tip:

Don't scan these 2 cards for 4-6 weeks and you will receive an offer "Spend 1 cent+ in Woolies/Big W to top up to 2000 points". I am pretty sure it will happen if you have previously got quite a few offers from time to time.
