Yes, you should be able to use regular Village gift cards at Gold Class, for food and your cinema tickets.
I actually bought $2000 worth of gift cards from the last sale, and used it to pay for a function at Village (surprise engagement party)

Which ALDI catalogue is this printed in? I can't find it in the Special Buys 30/10 and 02/11 brochure? Might need an image that says ALDI on it to get an Officeworks pricematch.

Just bought 4 x $50 Event cards. Tried activating one and got "Warning: Card has not been sold!" even though I have the ALDI receipt along with a 2nd receipt specifically with the gift card "Activated" confirmation. Anyone having issues?
I had similar issue when I had purchased in Coles and then immediately went to buy tickets. Looks like there might be few hours (or 24 hours) wait before you can use it.

Well they 'could', just depends who serves you I guess as the user above was able to price beat only with the linked image which is not ALDI official website.
Maybe try price beating through their 1300 number first before getting a physical catalogue mailed to you.

I tried pricematching at OW springvale, the person tells me they don't price match specials and promotions, only everyday prices.
Oh well, now I know which Officeworks to avoid going to get a price match.

looks like its hit and miss with what OW requires.. officeworks perth CBD could not find the deal on Aldi's website (even though i told them its not on there) and refused any photo of the catalogue. Will only price match it if they see it on the aldi website or the physical catalogue.. OW like to make it hard when price matching..
