    Ticwatch use Android Wear OS (access to android app store) whereas the Samsung uses Tizen OS (very limited app store).

    Android Wear is not the fastest OS on these generation watches but acceptable.

    If you are doing the basics of telling time, "exercise tracking" and notifications etc then either watch is fine.

    I personally think the Samsung are nicer looking and high quality watches.
