I've heard on the grapevine that The Beach Shack has decided to change the T & Cs for the offer they made on Scoopon.

Here's what was sold.

They now have a laminated sheet where they tell you what you can order. Only one main per person. Kids have to eat off the crappy and unhealthy kids menu. Some of the mains would suit as sides for the table, but you can only order one adult main per adult, up to two adult mains. One cold drink per head. One hot drink per head. One dessert per person

The deal says two adults and up to four kids. It never said kids couldn't order normal mains. That is an issue for bigger kids, parents who want their kids to eat healthy and vegetarian kids.

What say, Scoopon? This looks like it would have been a good deal, but these restrictions were not in the original deal.

    that's exactly why I don't bother with buying from scoopon or similar. you end up feeling like a second class citizen. not worth the hassle.

      Great. Thanks. I have a voucher for this restauarnt and don't want my kid being forced to eat off a kids menu. It is generally very unhealthy. All most of us Ozbargainers want is wehat was advertised.

      Can you update us when your compliance officers have made touch with them and the result of that contact?
