    It'll charge at 7.5W for the iPhone 11. Make sure you have a QC USB charger attached to the wireless charger.

  This is terrible. Just received mine and using for an iPhone XR with no case. It won’t charge. It only gets super hot, the phone indicates it is charging but the percentage doesn’t go up at all.

    Can I ask a question? Do you have a metal plate at the back of the phone? The type that attaches to a magnetic car cradle? If not try a combination of different things. E.g. try with another wireless charger if you have a spare, try with a different phone, different cable, charger etc. Process of elimination and if still no joy sounds like you have to RMA it.
