This seems to be the base game for the price to be justifiably low (could be wrong).
If that's true then I'd recommend not getting this as you start with zero operators (the game has like 8 base operators aka characters/heroes I think) and have to grind out and earn in-game currency to unlock them. At least spend a bit more (like $10 or less I think) for the next package and you'll unlock some operators (I think it's the 8 base operators) which would have otherwise taken you 20 hours to unlock if playing the game.
