Best Premium Credit Card Rewards with Low Fee International Transactions?

Hi everyone,

I'm ready to get a credit card - I can get the Commbank Diamond Awards fee-free through the wealth package, but interested in other options. Priority is generally earning frequent flyer points (or points for cash if better value). I travel a lot, so the lower the foreign fees the better.

CBA - 120k points sign up offer.
Citibank Signature Visa - 100k Qantas points, then $400/year fee.

Any other good options out there?

  The CBA card is horrible as a travel card, even if free. Not sure on the Citibank fees, but don't think it is any good either.

  I would look at ANZ Travel Rewards and/or BankWest Qantas World Mastercard (or Platinum) for a decent upfront bonus, no international transaction fees and some other good features.
