I am in the process of finishing the Hitman 1 campaign (which you can play in Hitman 2 with the QoL/new mechanics) and it's so much fun. I just love how there's so much interaction with random passerby that are not involved whatsoever in any of the stories, brings the immersion (to an extent, you are a killer after all..) up so much. Devs are great too.
Yeh it is done so well. I love all the little easter eggs and funny stuff. Have you done the dancing one in Marakesh? There's a trophy for it. I would never worked it out, had to use a guide for a lot of those hidden secrets. I had probably nearly 200 hours played on the first season. Trying to complete every challenge and feat etc. For the second season I couldn't invest that much time, there is a lot more challenges and feats. It's a really good game, but I think because I played the first season so much I wasn't as obsessed this time around. Still, I will definitely be in for a 3rd season.
Yes I did this one in Hitman 1. You have to dismiss of all the elite guards and then go to the room with the two guys and the mic. A boom box will appear on the table and you initiate the music. You then walk outside and see everyone dancing. Quite amusing.
Good timing because tomorrow the Halloween event starts and that's playable in Hawke's bay (even for people who haven't bought it)

This is a bargain as it is the whole first full level as far as I am aware. It was considered a bargain when first posted and since nothing has changed I am not sure why suddenly it is not a bargain.

No its not. Hitman is now episodic and this is Episode 1 of HITMAN2. The "Prologue" is like the tutorial/demo level.
@Piranha2004: It is effectively the same way as e.g. id Software sold their old shareware games (Commander Keen, Wolfenstein, Doom) though: make the first episode freely available and require payment for the remainder.

Are they "Always Free" deals though?
As it says in the rules, these are not allowed because there are so many of them and this place would just be inundated with such deals if they were allowed.
@HomeAlone: Yes, they are deals that were posted free because they became free and then they were reposted again after six months.

Just a note; if you own Hitman 1, the legacy DLC won't show up as owned until you download and run Hitman 2 once. Hitman 2 Mission 1: Hawke's Bay is sufficient to activate the legacy DLC.

Not complaining, just honestly curious, but isn't this the same as posting episode 1 for the telltale games, Life is Strange or Resident Evil Revelations 2 since they're also episodic and free for the first episode?
Yep, pretty much. But hitman is cooler than all of the above. Also, the second game is not episodic in the way the first season was.
I honestly don't understand people complaining about this but. If OP was constantly posting this sort of thing that everyone is very much aware of, then maybe it would be annoying. But someone above has already said they forgot about this and is downloading it now, and the amount of upvotes would suggest it is worthy of a repost. I've seen many other reposts after 6+ months of stuff that is always free and nobody complains.

Awesome game. I just went back to it recently to do the dlc maps. They were both pretty awesome especially haven island.
