just a note, there's a chance you won't get a key straight away, I've been waiting for a few hours now and I'm not seeing anything, definitely due to the congestion.

yes there is a banner up the top that says

We are experiencing technical difficulties with giving out the Old Gods DLC for Crusader Kings II.

Edit: upon checking the account on Paradox site and clicking 'Manage' the steam key was available … and registered on Steam
