For $10, you really can't go wrong. Even if you simply buy it for some scissors and a knife block.

Much like Scanpan knives it is fair to say that the upper/more expensive ones they make are ok.
eg. The more expensive Wiltshires' are quite good. Don't expect too much from these lower end ones.
I like what ratsack' said and I can't blame smiggle' for his/her comment. But again, the higher range of Wiltshires/Scanpans… probably about 50 times better than these. For a little perspective, Wusthoff' or Zwilling knives are about 200 times better.
