Have been wanting to get a slow cooker and rice cooker for a while now, had missed out on the Kambrook slow cooker deal at Big W (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/48544) but stumbled upon this-

Deal sounds good for a 5L slow cooker but I haven't heard of this brand before! If anyone has any feedback on this brand it would be greatly appreciated :)
Yep, just a housebrand, nothing special but nothing bad from what seen.
Thanks for the feedback guys, I'm a little wary with electrical appliances and willing to pay the extra buck but at the same time I've heard negative reviews on branded stuff. At this price I guess there's nothing much to lose even if it does break down.
Bought a set of 3-ceramic knives from DD with Eurolab logo too!
The quality is no way on par with my $120 Kyocera ones, but it sure did last me for 2 years or so.
Now is getting a bit blunt, but still good at cutting breads and other stuff.
So all-in-all, i think eurolab brand is indeed 'another Chinese' product. But the price alone is worth the investment if you think it's 'safe'
My theory:
Why but 1 for $120 that lasts for 3 years (warantee) where I can buy 3-set for $20+ that lasts 1 year, and buying it 3 times is still only $60+ =D
I've heard some pretty savage comments about their coffee machines.
Possibly something less complicated might be ok.
I read somewhere the eurolab is deals directs own brand. Their just cheap chinese imports branded eurolab. They do the work though. I made by for 3 years with items purchased from kmart for $9.95. Got a ricecooker, sandwich maker, toaster. The rice cooker is still going strong and it's been 5 years now.
whereas my breville stick mixer broke 1 month after it's warranty and a breville coffee grinder is only 8 months old and showing cracks on the lid already. Need to locate the receipt and send it in for replacement.
