The Mavic 2 Zoom from DJI is a professional quality film making drone that gives you the ability to get closer to the action, thanks to its 2x 24-48mm optical zoom camera with a 1/2.3" 12MP sensor. With 4x lossless zoom (including 2x optical zoom) you can capture sensitive subjects from an even greater distance. There's even a single-tap aerial mode called Dolly Zoom that gives a Hitchcockian effect to your footage.

The Mavic 2 Zoom utilizes a low-drag aerodynamic body design for achieving speeds up to 47.7 mph, a four-cell LiPo battery for up to 31 minutes of flight time, and low-noise propellers for filming without being distracting. This power and performance are coupled with a variety of shooting modes and capabilities for cinematic results.

        • No I meant when you ordered at 7:45am did you get the proper order confirmation email and a seperate email with an invoice as being paid?

          I ordered one at 7:39 but put down pick up from a store in another state by accident and so I ordered another one at 7:41.

          I received a confirmation email and invoice for the 7:39 order but not for the 7:41.

          Just trying to work out if anyone who received those first confirmations have been given a voucher yet.

    I got the $250 gift card. Bunnings has just made a customer for life! I would have been happy with $50. Screw Mitre10 moving forward!

    • No…..thats stupid. It was a genuine error. The mentality you have right now could cripple a company. I have a online mobile phone business, if I accidentally left a 0 off my $200 price point and did $20 and 100 sold. It would cripple my business and i'd be out of business.

    Its weird no ones confirmed they actually got one either

    • They're special orders - so they were always going to take 3-7 days to arrive

    • You won't get confirmation email until it's ready for pick up at the store.

  • I seriously should not have gone in for my refund yesterday. Did a Special Orders one. They called a couple of hours later so say error. Went in for my refund… apparently I was the only person at my Bunnings to do a special order of the drone.

    Hats off to Bunnings! They’ve really handled this pricing error well. They’ve set the benchmark! All the other companies (especially Qantas) needs to follow their example. You’ve made me a lifetime customer!

    I just spoke to them about mine, as I haven't got any confirmation.

    Lady on the phone said Bunnings is still figuring out what do to with the orders and it depends on when I place the orders. She was careful not to say anything about actually getting the drone or the $250.

    She assured me that even though we do not see the "orders" on the bunnings online portal, they have the full list of everyone who has ordered and there is a team sending out emails accordingly.

    She also said she had no access to this list of people's name. Looks like a disaster squad been put together to address these issue. Either way, I hope for a good resolution.

    Said we will receive emails within the next few days.

      Yep, share price went up on the online announcement and entry into the online marketplace.

      Neg publicity at the moment is worth more to their share price than a few hundred $K of lost revenue.

  • I ordered at 7:01am Brisbane time and I just received the $250 gift card. There were no comments on the ozbargain deal post when I made my order. I'm hoping my second order which I made within minutes of the first order gets through as that one is showing up in my purchase history under my Bunnings account (under a different email address). I really had my heart set on that drone for $298 haha

      • I don't recall there being any comments at the time but you might be right my memory might be a bit hazy. I did go in store to the special orders desk where they took my order numbers down and contacted head office to find out what's going on. That is when they told me that they would not be honouring any of the 800+ orders they've received. A different narrative to what they are saying in the gift card email where they said they would be honouring the orders they received first.
