Best dash cam to use?

I bought XCD dash cam from JBHIFI for $39 and got exactly what I paid for - junk. Battery only lasts about 20 minutes and is already glitchy and unreliable.

How much should I spend on a proper, reliable dash cam and what do you guys use?

    80-1000. Depend on your budget.

    I got Blackvue 4K DR900-2CH, for around 600ish. Reading very good number plate is the important reason I bought it.

    Bluesky sea bw1 has a capacitor which is good for the heat and its $79

      Get this one, its a very good dashcam

    I use MiVUE790 dashcam for my old car and VIOFO A129 DUO for my main car. I
    bought the Navman one for $140 on sale and the Viofo one for roughly $220.
    Haven't had trouble with either so far.

      How long does the battery last unplugged? I'm thinking most dash cams pretty much require you to have it plugged in most of the time while using.

        No Idea if thats possible - Its hardwired to the Car Battery.
