Saw this when shopping at Aldi today. Pretty sure this is just Chobani yogurt pots rebranded. The plain yogurt has the same ingredients and nutritional information as the plain chobani pot. Usual half price is $1.12.

Cause it rhymes silly billy.
Cause its yoghurt
Pretty sure it is a typical aldi knock-off
Chobani would be able to sue Aldi, if it was a copy, according to my lawyer mate. Most likely made by Chobani, as with most of Aldi products which are made by the company you think the product looks like. I'm amazed not everyone believes that yet. I know some people who work for some of the big companies and they make for Aldi as they also have to make for Woolworths select and the Coles brand..same product just packaged differently.
My friend used to work at a place like this. A lot of packaged things of different brands like the frozen fruits you find in grocery stores are just re-branded from the same supplier.
Most of the Aldi stuff is copy cat. They do it in purpose so their no brand product seem like brand product sold by Coles, Woolies, IGA etc
Ummmm yeahh….that's the whole point! You go to Aldi and see the product and think hey that looks like that brand. And thats there way of telling you it is that product made by that brand, just under a generic name for Aldi. So you can buy that brand's product at a much cheaper price because it has a generic brand name on it. If the product packaging, colour, name looks and sounds too similar to the real product, Aldi would be sued for trademark infringement etc. The fact that they aren't getting sued also shows that those copy products are made by those real brands for Aldi!
Anyone know what the protein content is for ALDI vs Chobani Fit and Yopro?
Been eating these all week, didn't think it was a deal per se, just standard Aldi fare. Same same as Chobani as far as I'm concerned.
Protein content is like 13g vs 15g in Fit and Yopro. Yopro doesn't even taste like yoghurt though IMO. Not worth it for the small difference in protein but they probably have slightly less sugar too.
On what basis can you say it’s actually Chobani?! Just because the ingredients are similar?!
