Niche use, mostly for baking really. All meat should be probed and measured from inside. Weber iGrill2 does this mint.
I find it quite handy, temperature can really fluctuate depending on wind etc.
Is it just the temperature gauge? I seem to remember one of the Qs had a bigger hood as well? Better to fit a roast in
It's both the thermometer and the higher hood.
@suburbanmale: From memory the igniter is also different. I think the specialist dealer ones have a battery operated one press while the others have a piezoelectric ignition.
Pretty easy to install your own thermometer though..
The price difference can be pretty decent considering the specialist ones are never discounted
BCF is 20% storewide/online, including Weber.
Not as good as models sold in specialist store. I find the inbuilt temperature gauge and higher dome very worthy.
Need this to be on eBay so I can use some of those recently acquired gift cards :/
Pity they don't sell the Original Weber kettle bbq.

Btw theres heaps of second hand webers on Gumtree and FB marketplace for cheap. You could give it a once over clean and its good as new.
Keep in mind The Good Guys aren't a specialist Weber dealer so they don't come with the inbuilt temperature gauge
