It's two year old phones, won't have Pie update (when everyone is trying to get on Android 10), overall old design and hardware. Hardly a bargain at this price.

-a few weeks ago, for $60 more, you would have gotten an LG V30 plus (might still be available), which is a much better phone…
Would anyone get this over AX7? Yes this has better screen resolution but not that i will notice anyway but AX7 is newer model and better battery. Still undecided.
720 res is to push the frames if you want to game decently on the AX7 SOC and save battery life.

Enable private DNS (then pick one you like) and use a VPN? Should prevent 99% of possible security issues. Also lots of apps protect themselves against exploits with new updates etc.
Still a reasonable deal me thinks for an Amoled FHD screen, SD660, 4GB/64GB, 6.9mm thin and 20W fast charge and can buy using ZIP Pay interest free too.
Main negatives is will be stuck on Oreo ( if it even got that ? ), and micro usb charging,….don't forget also colour OS if that's a problem for you.
