Be mindful of cancelling your account.

I personally wasn't happy with the service so I wanted to dump it. You can only cancel via email. I've sent multiple emails back and forth and they still haven't cancelled. Getting pretty frustrated with it to be honest.

  Why do you need to cancel? Is it just an OCD thing? Just remove your card, delete the app, unsubscribe from the mailing list, no?
