There's an option at checkout. Paypal is available if you select the Delivery option. Not if you select pick up in store.

Could you screenshot and show where is free shipping option under courier delivery, too confusing . There is no option of free delivery under courier option.
@kt007: Kt007, if you've input your address into the account details, when you check out in section 2, it'll show you delivery options, the option at the very top is " Free Shipping $0.00" which means we'll email you the key.
@cplonline: The very top option is $5 shipping. No way I could find free shipping. Could you please upload a screenshot for me please.

All I can say is if you've input a valid format address and hit the checkout, you will see the free delivery option, like 98 other customers so far. If not, please email [email protected] with your details and we'll get an order put through for you manually.

There is no free shipping to select under "Delivery - Courier".

Hi Guys. Just select "Delivery" instead of in store pickup. The website can't handle "pickup" and Paypal together.

Can I buy multiple keys and chain them up, for example, I buy 5 keys, and will therefore get 10 years worth?
Does the clock start ticking from when I use the license, or when I buy it?
Also, any expiry dates if the time starts when I use the key, and I have purchased 5 keys, can I wait 8 years to use the last key?

We believe it's Australia only. Not sure about activation elsewhere.
What year are these keys for?
Apparently there’s limits to which keys will keep working for newer versions, roughly a 3 year timeframe, eg 2016 key might not work on a 2020 software, even if it wasn’t activated till now. This was advice from kaspersky themselves but may not be accurate.
Kais3r, I'm sorry, I'm actually not sure about this. We will guarantee that the product can be activated though. It is new product (to us at least). So far we haven't come across this issue, so whether it's real issue or not, we aren't sure.
Are they for 2019 or 2020 product though? Usually a year edition is attached
Kais3r, sorry to disappoint, these are new keys provided by Kaspersky, only a month or two old. Having said that, they don't specify what year edition is attached to the product.
Speaking from personal experience, i have bought KIS 2018 keys in March 2018 and only applied it last month.
And all seems to work when I install the latest version of KIS

@bs-a: It’s a 3 year thing apparently, no matter when activated, there’s a chance it’s only good for the current and next 2 versions or yearly releases, in other words keys may no longer work with newer versions far down the track.
Wasn’t an issue if used within a year, it’s unconfirmed, but if these were old keys (which they are not according to rep) then buying a key that was issued with “say a 2016 version” could then not be accepted by a 2020 release version.
Motivation behind it would be that keys can’t be banked eternally and used years down the track for newer versions that could have a different pricing scheme.
Just something to be aware of and confirm, at the very least know you’re getting fresh keys that will last.
