Can online sellers or buyers arrange raincheck? By this I mean, are you able to pay full sale amount, but collect at a later date with (a later invoiced date hopefully) to help a fellow OzBargainer get TRS.

Yeah, so that's not what a raincheck is.
And no, I don't think an online outfit is going to facilitate special processing to deliver precisely at a time that suits you.
Question should be "do any online sellers offer (my definition of) raincheck?)
Don't know of any online retailer doing that.
