    What fact do you have on crumpler luggage or bags?

    I am not related in any shape of form with the company crumpler but simply as a customer who bought 2 bis-vis bag 5years ago on sale.

    short version = very good product with exceptional warranty brilliant customer service. broken wheel after 2 years of use. THEY REPLACED THE LUGGAGE NO QUESTION ASKED - saw the broken wheel so they took the old & given a new better newer bis-vis luggage.

    I know it was quite expensive product initially but I found out why 2 years later with unlimited warranty on these luggage.

    IMHO.

      they've started moving some products to limited warranty for 5 years, it's no longer lifetime guarantee. I would double check for each product purchased. I was told that old bags would be honoured but if they couldn't repair it and replaced it with a new bag, then the new bag would have the same warranty as that "series" of bags, if that makes sense.

    Yes, how can you have the bag weigh 4 kg when the total allowed is 7 kg on some airlines.
