still.. free stickers.
Aus Post's new satchels are already carbon offset, but hey, nice PR stunt right?
Can I use the stickers to send something for free through sendle?
Seems to go on Australia post parcels and sendle pays for the carbon offset?
On my phone the parrots look like they have a penis and testicles on/for their face.
I suggest that you see a doctor.
(the animals are wearing gas masks).
For carbon dioxide? Lol they could probably still breath in 10000 PPM
I am aware they’re wearing masks. I really have to zoom in to get that level of detail.
To help Australia Post get started we’ll offset an entire day’s worth of their domestic deliveries for them.
Where does it say this?
Says it here
"The first 1,000,000 parcels
To help Australia Post get started we’ll offset an entire day’s worth of their domestic deliveries for them"
Name checks out. This is nothing more than PR stunt. Yes, free stickers, but don't mislead and say they are doing anything for AusPost.
" Pop a sticker on your next AusPost parcel and we'll offset it for them! "
Everything other than the new sachets they will cover the offsetting, sure it's a publicity stunt but isn't everything these days with "helping the planet".
@Wilder94: They don't even know if you put the sticker on. Order it for the stickers. Why are you doing free advertising for them?
@askbargain: I would say they have some sort of deal worked out otherwise this would fall under false advertising..
@Wilder94: Yes, because AusPost would totally do that with Sendle.
@askbargain: https://try.sendle.com/impact
So basically they'll do this for however much 1m Aus post parcels emissions are.
And
I'd think you would be happy about that?
@Wilder94: Remove AusPost from title and post should be fine.
@askbargain: It's not my post, and auspost is literally on the deal, tell sendle to remove it lol
@Wilder94: There is nothing AusPost about this "deal".
Send them a Tweet about your complaint or post your concerns on their FB page.
To be clear you can’t use these in place of postage stamps?
no, you can't
i’m confused af. what do they physically do to offset the carbon?
They basically donate to certain organisations that help climate change per ton of carbon dioxide they release through delivery trucks etc. this basically "cancels" it out
what depressing stamps
hard to believe when they outsource delivery to many couriers…
