ShopBack - Issue with Withdrawing Cashback

I've recently lost access to the mobile number I used to register with Shopback so when I've tried to update my new mobile number in shopback it doesn't allow it.

If i cannot update my mobile number I cannot receive an sms code allowing me to withdraw my cashback. I have contacted their customer service but they are not responding.

Where do i go from here, any suggestions?

    Beats me, I sent them an email last week about a missing transaction and haven't got a reply either.

    Ive worked it out with Shopback, i answered a few security questions and they have reset my mobile number, excellent outcome.
